I provide specialist reflexology treatment for overall health and well-being and particularly for the purposes of assisting clients in fertility, pregnancy and cancer care, anxiety and pain. I am also a qualified Reiki Master which acknowledges the spiritual side of healing. I encourage self-care and offer self-treatment tips to my clients. I aim to share a wealth of knowledge with those who seek assistance on their journey of transformation and healing. I originally qualified in Science, Maths and Education but my calling has been in healing and art. I believe by being authentic 'true to self' we can be the best version of ourselves. I have exhibited and presented workshops at Mind Body Spirit Festival and have been featured on RTE's Nationwide in October 2017.
