You can access our 24/7 online booking facility via our website or the Appointment link in our Google profile. Press Book Now to begin the booking.
Services details will appear on the screen, and you can expand each section to read more. When you choose a service, tap on the RH side blue arrow icon to proceed. The date & time availability tab will appear.
Please note that some services may require a deposit during the booking. We hope you are ok with that.
If you want to change the selected service or date, use the Change Selection link in the top right corner. Certain times may be unavailable depending on the chosen service duration or already taken slots. The Map link in the Address line will show you our exact location.
Once you are happy with your choice, press Continue and fill in your contact and vehicle details on the next screen. Before submitting the booking, double-check your information.
A booking confirmation screen will indicate the booking is complete. You will receive a booking details email and two reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment.
If the confirmation email hasn't arrived after a while, please check your inbox spam folder and contact us if needed.
We may follow up to ensure we got your submitted details well. If you want to change your appointment, please use the Rescheduling/Cancelling link in the confirmation and reminder emails. If the notice period is too short, late rescheduling/cancellation fees may apply.
