We provide training on iPhone/iPad and Mac, it's one to one or small groups (up to 4) and not structured the way normal training would be, the customer that comes to us(or we go to them) wants to learn how to do certain things, for example "how do I use the calendar and have it sync with all my other devices". So when we sit down with a customer we ask them what they want to learn about, what they want out of the device so at the end of the session they know exactly what to do. We will also show them what the device is capable of of course but it's about what the customer wants. We would mirror what the Genius Bar does for people in Apple stores, unfortunately we do not have been here so there is really nobody offering the service we provide.
