Hi there, My name is Orla Daly, I am a qualified sports massage therapist. Living in Bandon, Co Cork I visit people's houses at the moment to give people the benefits of massage therapy. You don't need to be an athlete or a sports person to benefit form massage. Massage goes along way in helping you feeling more mobile and reduced pain from muscle adhesions or knots. I decided to visit people in their own home as a convenient way for the client to be relaxed In their own surroundings and they can continue to relax once I have left them. It takes the stress out of having to commute back home once the treatment is finished.
