The cattery is unique, in that the kitchen and food preparation area is directly across from the cat rooms, meaning Carol is consistently interacting with the cats, so your cat is not being left for long periods. Carol is a genuine cat lover and running her cat hotel is her full time job, not a sideline to boost her income.
