I have been a customer of this shop for over 1 year now buying a coffee 5 days a week and other items this morning I pressed the wrong button ordering a cappatino instead of my regular latte .I was approached by the owner with a horrendous attitude scolding me about his profit share and how it affects him this was in front off other customers and staff .I have never been so embarrassed in my home life needless to say i will never set foot in this mans shop again
