I just bought a shoe from this store the day before and tried to return it today because the product was faulty and the lady at the counter insulted me. It was a terrible experience but I am not going to go down quietly. I contacted the consumer rights office and I am made aware of my rights and I will fight for them. I will not stand by and let someone else be put in the same position I was today.

Horrendous experience. I'll never go back. When I tried to return a pair of shoes I was treated with such utter contempt, sarcasm, aggression, and defensive behaviour. The two women have no concept of customer service. I felt bullied and humiliated. They're clearly looking to make a quick buck. Terrible returns policy. It's a shame, because I'd much rather support a local business. Never again. As mentioned above, avoid!

Terrible experience. Customer service very poor. Shop policy on returns is a disgrace. Shop credit instead of money back is not acceptable if you want to stay in business. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I agree with the previous comment that this shop ( which trades as SHU KRAZY in Talbot Street) is to be avoided unless you want to purchase shoddy product with no concept of customer service..I had a terrible experience with this person & will be sure never to go back!!
